The mission of the Art Circle Public Library is to serve the community residents of all ages; to provide access to informational, educational, cultural, and recreational materials in a variety of formats and technologies; to provide an environment which encourages individuals to seek knowledge, develop their learning skills, and satisfy their educational needs as they strive to realize their individual potential; and to serve as a learning, cultural and reference center for the community. |
