Memorial Program

You may print out a memorial form and mail it to the library along with your contribution.

Any individual wishing to make memorial or honorary donation must complete a memorial fund donation form.

 All money collected for the Memorial Fund shall be deposited to the library’s account and contributions may be used for:

            Books.

            Audio-Visual materials

            Landscaping and maintenance of grounds

            Furnishings

            Enhancement of the community room

            Service programs such as “Dial-A-Story”, children’s story time, literacy or language courses.

            Library Building Fund

 A printed card or note of thanks will be sent to the contributor.

 A printed card or note will be sent to the family of the deceased or honoree detailing the name of the contributor.
